Booking PoLICY AND T&Cs
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our booking policy and terms before confirming your reservation.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
A deposit of €200 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Full payment must be completed before the cruise departure.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash upon agreement.
Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations can be made 7 days or more before the scheduled departure, and you will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Should you need to cancel within 7 days, deposits can be used to reschedule the booking to a future time and date. However, no refunds will be issued for total cancellations or no-shows.
If a cruise is cancelled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY
All passengers must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
M&A Cruises is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.
Passengers must disclose any medical conditions or mobility restrictions prior to booking.
Life jackets and necessary safety equipment are provided on board.
GENERAL POLICIES
All cruises are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled if necessary.
Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Guests are expected to respect the environment and dispose of waste responsibly.
Alcoholic beverages are permitted in moderation; excessive drinking is discouraged for safety reasons.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas on the vessel
